2010 Emergency Care Conference

NJENA Emergency Care Conference Evaluation

Dear Conference Participant,

First let us apologize for the delay, technical difficulties on our end with posting the link to obtaining the contact hours.

You will need to do an evaluation of the courses you attended, in addition to a few general questions.

After the evaluation is completed, you will receive an email from njenaconference@gmail.com  This will contain your certificate. You will need to print that. Remember, if you are submitting it for reimbursement, you should save a copy for your records. We will not be able to retrieve the certificate at a later time.

 

The survey must be completed by April 30 in order to receive your certificate of attendance/contact hours.
